All jewelry purchased on are guaranteed for 1 year after purchase. The guarantee is valid only once on the same piece of jewelry for chains, clasps and tassels.

Please note that the warranty is not applicable in the following cases:

  • Jewelry has been in contact with chemicals
  • The jewelry was neglected during use
  • The jewelry has suffered traces of wear from your so-called normal daily life
  • Jewelry with tangled chains
  • Loss of jewelry or lockies
  • Jewelry damaged during daily wear
  • Jewelry purchased on sale

If your product is damaged or broken during the warranty period, please contact us by email at accompanied by proof of purchase less than one year old and photos or videos of the products requiring repair.

Our customer service will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours. Validation of your request will be carried out within 48 hours. Once your warranty request has been validated, you will have 10 days to return the item to the address indicated by our customer service.

Delivery costs are your responsibility and the tracking number must be communicated to us by email. After receipt of your package, the repair or exchange period is 72 hours. Any package received at our warehouse that has not been requested by email in advance will not be taken into account.

Once the repair or exchange has been carried out, a confirmation by email will be sent to you with the tracking number. If replacement or repair of your jewelry is impossible, you will be offered a voucher. It will be valid for 3 months across our entire online store.

Please note: Packages relating to the guarantee, loss by postal services are your responsibility and cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.
