Description
All-in-one cleanser: Can be used as a daily cleanser, facial scrub, or makeup remover, ideal for sensitive skin. Rose Aloe Vera extract: Softens skin texture and smooths rough patches, deep cleaning for healthy, clear skin. Mochi texture: Enriched with natural ingredients, brightens the skin and gives it a natural glow.
Traditional kneading process: Preserves the vitamins and minerals of the natural ingredients to maximize their benefits.
Directions for use
Take an appropriate amount of cleanser and add water to lather. Gently massage onto the skin, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

As Switzerland is not part of the European Union, all orders shipped to this country are considered imports. Your order may be subject to customs duties, Swiss VAT and customs handling fees charged by the carrier once the parcel reaches Switzerland.
- Customer responsibility: All customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not charge these taxes at checkout and cannot estimate their exact amount in advance.
- Refusal to pay: If you refuse to pay these fees upon delivery, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

Return and Refund Policy

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear or earrings unless the item is defective.
Return shipping costs
- For returns of fewer than 4 pieces of jewellery, a Tracked Letter label will be provided and €1.99 will be deducted from the refund.
- For all other items, a Colissimo label will be provided and €3.49 will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund processing time
The refund will be processed within 14 days after your parcel is received at our warehouse.
