- Refusal to pay: If you refuse to pay these charges on receipt, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, the original shipping costs and the return costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

Returns and refunds policy

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear or earrings, except in the case of a defect.
Return costs
- For returns of fewer than 4 pieces of jewellery, a Lettre Suivie label will be provided and €1.99 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other items, a Colissimo label will be provided and €3.49 will be deducted from the refund.
- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of an error or a product defect.
Refund timeframe
Your refund will be issued within 14 days of your parcel arriving at our warehouse.
