Mode d’emploi

Nettoyage : Appliquer une quantité adéquate de Bean Cleansing Oil sur le visage sec et masser, ajouter un peu d’eau pour émulsionner puis rincer ; faire mousser le Centella Cleansing Foam et masser doucement avant de rincer.
Soins : Appliquer le Centella Asiatica Toner sur le visage en tapotant, puis appliquer l’essence choisie (Galactomyces, Bifida ou Soondy Centella Essence), et terminer par le Bean Cream pour sceller l’hydratation.
Protection solaire : Appliquer le Centella Sun Cream 30 minutes avant l’exposition au soleil.

Cette routine en neuf étapes permet à la peau de retrouver progressivement éclat et vitalité, pour une expérience de soin complète et facile à intégrer au quotidien.

*Delivery time is counted from the date of dispatch. Please note that you must allow 24-48 hours for the preparation of your order. No orders will be processed on weekends and public holidays.

All customers must be able to provide a valid delivery and residence address to which the package should be sent. 

Delivery costs for packages are calculated based on their weight. You will be informed of the total amount of your order, including delivery costs, before finalizing your payment. Note that you have the right to cancel your order at any time before payment, and the order will not be released until you confirm your payment.

For packages weighing less than 80g, it is possible to choose the Tracked Letter delivery method billed at €2.99. 

 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all information relating to their order is correct, including name, delivery address, sizes, colors and styles selected. This information cannot be changed once the order has been prepared and packaged. We decline all responsibility in the event of delivery to an incorrect address indicated when ordering. It is therefore important to carefully check the information you provide before placing your order.

Please note that all EU orders will be shipped with all customs duties and taxes paid (DDP - customs duties and taxes paid on delivery). Parcels outside the EU, for example Switzerland will be sent using DDU (Duty Not Paid on Delivery) and any duties or taxes (VAT) must be paid by the customer on delivery. Such duties and taxes are beyond the control of Aprizo.com and will be your responsibility to pay, if and when requested by local authorities. If you refuse to accept these charges, your order will be returned to Aprizo.com and the order will be refunded. 

 

Return and Refund Policy

Returned items must be in new condition to receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving the order. This means customers have up to 14 days to identify any defective items and contact us. Please note that only items will be refunded, and delivery costs will not be refunded.

To benefit from faster processing of your return, please contact us at contact@aprizo.com before returning your item. Our customer service will provide you with the necessary information.

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging and with tags attached. Returned items must not have been worn. Please note that all items, including those that are damaged or not suitable for your requirements, must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear or earrings unless they are faulty or the wrong size or style. We thank you for your understanding.

Packages must be returned by carriers only - we do not accept returns in person at our distribution center. All returned items must be in their original packaging (shoe boxes/clear plastic) and have labels/tags intact - except for items for which the packaging or labels were not provided by our company. Otherwise, the refund will not be made in full.

Prepaid return labels are only sent to customers if they receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item from the manufacturer. In all other cases, customers are required to return the items at their own expense via any carrier. This also applies to items that are not suitable for their needs, including items that do not fit, are not suitable, are incorrectly selected items, are incorrectly sized.

All valid order information, including order number and shipping address, must be included in each return package to ensure proper processing. Packages may be held or refused by the returns service and will not be processed if the package received cannot be identified by the details provided. Please note that all refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your package in our warehouse.
