As Switzerland is not part of the European Union, all orders shipped to this country are considered imports. Your order may be subject to customs duties, Swiss VAT and customs handling fees collected by the carrier once the parcel reaches Switzerland.

Returns and refunds policy

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, swimwear or earrings, except in the case of a defect.
Return costs
- For returns of fewer than 4 pieces of jewellery, a Lettre Suivie label will be provided and €1.99 will be deducted from the refund.
- For other items, a Colissimo label will be provided and €3.49 will be deducted from the refund.
- Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of an error or a product defect.

Your refund will be issued within 14 days of your parcel arriving at our warehouse.
